Today we talk about Hawaii the reasons cruise prices are so high , especially for NCL. With the permanent loss of 3 NCL ships in the last year, a huge demand has been created for the last remaining ship, The Pride of America. Combine that with the oil crises, and you a have a recipe for High demand and naturally higher prices. We also go over options and also talk about the Beaches of Poipu on the South side of Kauai.

Today, We discuss what High tech options you can expect on your Hawaii Vacation, assuming you just can’t get away from it , like most people including us!! Every now and then we’re asked if cell phones work in Hawaii or if we get cable and satellite TV. The answer is yes; we, too, have entered the 21st century.
Hawaii has become determined to increase the momentum of its emerging high-technology industry. The state offers an investment tax credit in the field, as well as income and/or general excise tax exemptions for computer services, stock options, and royalties – all designed to encourage investment and growth in the high-tech industry here.

Today we talk about the meaning of the oceanfront when it comes to hotel rooms in Hawaii. We discuss how close you really are to the beach when you choose a oceanfront room and share whether or not it makes sense to book them. We also talk about the recent renovations at the Mauna Kea resort on the Big Island and the progress that is being made. We touch on increasing air fares and how I’ll is impacting pricing. As always bring you examples of packages that have been booked in the last 24 hours and we congratulate new customers and welcomed them to our Ohana. NOTE: Time got away and we never talked about High tech options in Hawaii, we’ll cover that on the next podcast.
